About the Role

BLUMAAN is looking for an experienced Amazon Growth Manager to own and grow our Amazon business across the US, Canada, and Europe.

This is a hands-on growth role responsible for more than advertising. You will own the connection between Amazon Ads, organic ranking, listing conversion, promotions, inventory readiness, and profitability to drive sustainable marketplace growth.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of Amazon performance from strategy through execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Advertising

- Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Review bids, budgets, placements, search terms, and negative keywords.
- Scale profitable campaigns while reducing wasted spend.
- Analyze branded vs. non-branded performance and new-to-brand growth.
- Manage advertising performance across Amazon marketplaces.

Listings, SEO & Conversion

- Optimize product titles, bullets, keywords, images, video, A Content, Brand Store, and variations.
- Conduct keyword research and monitor priority keyword rankings.
- Improve organic visibility, listing conversion, and traffic quality.
- Use search-query, review, return, and customer data to identify opportunities for listing and creative improvements.
- Coordinate listing and creative updates with the BluMaan team.

Promotions & Commercial Growth

- Plan and execute Amazon promotions, coupons, deals, bundles, Prime events, Black Friday/Cyber Monday campaigns, and product launches.
- Develop marketplace and SKU-level growth plans.
- Make pricing and promotional recommendations while protecting contribution margin.
- Prioritize high-potential products and opportunities.

Inventory & Account Health

- Monitor inventory availability, weeks of cover, FBA replenishment needs, and potential stockout risks.
- Identify and escalate suppressed listings, Buy Box issues, compliance concerns, and other account-health risks.

- Coordinate demand forecasts and inventory requirements with the Supply Chain team.

Reporting & Strategy

- Build and maintain Amazon performance reporting and forecasts.
- Track revenue, units, advertising spend, ROAS, TACoS, contribution margin, organic sales, conversion, inventory availability, and other key performance indicators.
- Identify performance gaps and translate data into clear actions and priorities.
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop a longer-term marketplace growth strategy across the US, Canada, and Europe.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means growing Amazon revenue and contribution dollars while improving:

- Organic visibility and keyword rankings
- Listing conversion and traffic quality
- Advertising efficiency and incremental growth
- Inventory availability
- Customer acquisition
- Product and marketplace profitability
- Overall Amazon account health

The role will be evaluated on sustainable business growth—not advertising ROAS or topline revenue alone.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing and growing an Amazon business, ideally at or above the $500K/month revenue level or with credible experience scaling toward it.
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon Ads, Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and Amazon listing SEO.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between paid media, organic ranking, conversion, inventory, and profitability.
- Solid analytical, forecasting, and spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and execute against growth goals.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
- Experience in beauty, grooming, personal care, or another repeat-purchase CPG category is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, particularly the US, Canada, and Europe, is preferred.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the Amazon channel, not simply execute a task list.

You should be comfortable looking at the numbers, identifying what is holding growth back, determining what needs to change, and taking action. You should be equally comfortable working hands-on in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads as you are presenting clear recommendations to leadership.

If you are passionate about building profitable, sustainable Amazon growth and want to have meaningful ownership of a growing brand's marketplace business, we'd love to hear from you.
