Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate a variety of training formats: virtual, in‑person,



or recorded • Develop and update training materials and job aids • Assist with course enrollment and participation tracking • Support compliance initiatives and maintain training accuracy • Monitor trainee progress and gather feedback for improvement

Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a brokerage or related field • RIBO certification at Level 1 or higher • Effective communication and presentation skills • Background in training, instructional design, or coaching • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
