Responsibilities
- Assist senior carpenters with construction tasks, including framing, siding, and restoration projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate project execution
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Support concrete forming and finishing activities on various construction sites
- Handle heavy lifting and assist with heavy equipment operation as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on-site
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a secure working environment
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of construction principles or related experience preferred but not required
