Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and enhance regional project management practices • Establish KPIs to drive project maturity and accountability • Lead project/portfolio review processes with stakeholders • Develop training and competency programs for PMs • Support strategic initiatives for successful project delivery
Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in engineering or science • 10+ years of project and client management experience • Familiarity with GHD's major market sectors • Proficiency in various project delivery models • Strong leadership and communication abilities
