About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to take on a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and strategy across its two established brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of commercial operations, including sales, marketing, account management, and customer success. This is a senior leadership position with a mandate to own and execute the current growth strategy,
as well as to adapt and refine it as necessary. The CRO will lead two distinct sales motions, direct the marketing function, and work closely with the product, technology, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with commercial opportunities and regulatory requirements. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in a regulated industry, experience in managing sales teams, and a strong ability to set and evolve commercial strategy.
Candidates for the CRO position at the company should have a background in a regulated industry, with experience in managing sales teams within that framework. A strong commercial acumen, the ability to lead and manage multiple sales motions, and a collaborative operating style are essential. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable history of commercial success in a sales leadership role, be adept at negotiating complex commercial contracts, and have a strong people management track record. While not essential, knowledge of the Direct Debit or Bacs domain would be advantageous. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply. The role is remote, with an expectation of travel as the work demands, and the company is open to adaptable working arrangements.
