- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure safety
- Develop maintenance strategies with reliability-centered approaches




- Lead root cause failure analysis and corrective actions
- Optimize CMMS programs for better performance
- Collaborate with various engineering and project teams Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
- Three years of reliability engineering experience
- Experience with CMMS and RCFA
- Preferred certifications in maintenance reliability or project management
