Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and senior management

Experience:
- 5+ years of architural millwork experience in management or estimating
- Proven experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively




- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
