Show me the Money!

- Very realistic OTE £40k– £65k
- Guaranteed bonus in first three months following induction training
- Up to 15% bonus paid on all work completed
- A performance bonus will be added if you keep your consumable spend low, billing above your target, declines below 9%, customer complaints under 2%, and if you drive within the speed limit
- ‘Technician of the Month’ awards
- Annual performance ‘club’ bonus – up to £7,500 paid, based on total year’s repair value
- Weekend work is optional; it is available for technicians who wish to earn extra money

What We Expect From You

- 3+ years experience as a SMART repair technician
- You are motivated, driven, and have a close attention to detail
- You have a full UK driving licence
- You are proud of your skills, and proud of doing a good job
- Desire to take control of your future
- You have good customer service skills
- You follow health and safety, and quality control processes
