THE ROLE As an Arena Attendant with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, you will be part of a team proud to provide secure, quality arena facilities to members of the Canadian Armed Forces community. You will take satisfaction seeing them at play and enjoying the facilities.

You will greet visitors, manage access to the facility and answer customer inquiries. You will patrol the facility to ensure rules and regulations are being followed and equipment and facilities are safe for all those that visit. High school diploma AND some years experience in a related field.



(OR An acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience) In providing customer service LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset Writing: Healthcare spending account, virtual care (telemedicine), Employee and Family Assistance Program and mental health support.

Paid/unpaid leave, including vacation pay, family related leave and personal days.

Retirement Planning: Payment of professional association memberships, online learning opportunities including a LinkedIn Learning subscription and second language training. This is an on-site position with an assigned work location. This is a seasonal position with an anticipated term of October - July.

One position is a temporary part-time position and the other is a casual position.
