Eyes on Mi Fashion Academy is looking for an energetic and inspiring Part time Art Class Teacher to lead interactive art sessions for children ages 3 to 14. This role is perfect for a creative educator who loves working with kids, fostering young artistic talent, and guiding students through diverse visual art mediums in a fun, structured environment.

Responsibilities

- Classroom Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate art lessons (drawing, painting, multi-media crafts, and basic design principles) tailored to different age brackets (ages 3–6, 7–10, and 11–14).
- Classroom & Studio Management: Keep the studio organized during and after class, including tidying up, putting away tools, organizing supplies, and resetting equipment so the space stays clean and functional.
- Student Engagement: Adapt teaching techniques to keep young learners focused, confident, and excited to explore their creativity.
- Parent Communication: Provide brief, positive feedback to parents on their children's progress and creative development after class.

Qualifications

- Education & Experience: Background or degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related creative field. Prior experience teaching or mentoring children in a classroom, workshop, or studio setting is required.
- Artistic Versatility: Proficiency across multiple art forms (e.g., sketching, watercolors, acrylics, clay, or craft making).
- Classroom Management: Excellent patience, energy, and enthusiasm, with strong skills in keeping children aged 3–14 engaged and well-behaved.
- Language Requirements: English fluency required; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is considered a strong asset to communicate with students and parents.
- Reliability: Responsible, punctual, and passionate about children's creative growth.

- 課堂管理能力： 極具耐心、活力與熱情，善於引導 3 至 14 歲兒童保持專注並維護良好課堂秩序。
- 語言要求： 需具備流利英語能力；精通中文（國語或粵語）者優先，以便與學生及家長溝通。
