Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain up-to-date care plans and assessments • Order and administer medication in compliance with guidelines • Oversee medication administration by unregulated providers • Manage care assignments among nursing teams • Respond to significant changes in residents' conditions

Requirements: • Active registration as a Registered Nurse • Experience with seniors in healthcare settings • Robust care coordination and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Recent Vulnerable Position Screening
