Key Responsibilities:
• Operate breakdown roller for asphalt compaction
• Monitor and report on asphalt condition during work
• Support paving crew productivity through productive operation
• Conduct inspections and maintenance on machinery
• Uphold safety regulations and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience with breakdown roller operations
• Background in road construction and asphalt work
• Driver's license required for site access
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
