Responsibilities

- Operate asphalt rollers, loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment to lay asphalt efficiently and accurately
- Conduct asphalt spreading, compaction, and finishing to achieve a smooth, even surface
- Maintain mechanical knowledge of paving equipment to troubleshoot issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols and conduct routine inspections of machinery and work sites




- Collaborate with team members to coordinate paving schedules and ensure project deadlines are met

Experience

- Prior construction experience with a focus on paving or roadwork is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and rollers

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
