Job Overview

We are looking for reliable and hardworking experienced Asphalt Labourers to join our construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting with asphalt paving operations and supporting the crew in various tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and setup of paving sites, including moving materials and setting up equipment
- Help with the placement and spreading of asphalt materials according to project specifications
- Load, unload, and transport materials as needed across job sites




- Perform general labour tasks including digging, shoveling, and site cleanup

Requirements and Qualifications

- Experience in asphalt paving and construction
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety standards
- Must be a member of, or willing and eligible to join the applicable union
