: Under the direction of the Manager of Rehabilitation and Residential Services, Mental Health Services of Prince Albert, the Senior Assessor Coordinator is accountable for the provision of an appropriate range of community residential options for mental health clients. Using a holistic and client/family centered approach, the incumbent facilitates appropriate assessments, referrals and placements of clients with long term mental illness as well as implementing mental health home care services for discharged patients. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Social Work is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
