Become a key player in Hydro Ottawa as the Asset Management Leadership head, focusing on strategic engineering standards and asset lifecycle optimization in a hybrid format. This role is essential for ensuring system resilience and safety. In this position, you will report to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management.

You'll lead a dedicated team of engineers, defining technical standards while managing budgets and optimizing maintenance strategies. You will also play a pivotal role in aligning corporate practices with ISO 55000 standards and navigating complex regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop engineering supervisors and engineers
- Ensure integration of standards with asset management strategies




- Oversee engineering authority and equipment approvals
- Conduct budget management for operational resources
- Predict equipment risks through advanced health indexing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Ontario Qualified Engineer license required
- Minimum five years of leadership experience
- Asset management knowledge preferred
- Strong skills in collaboration tools, preferably Google Workspace Drive Hydro Ottawa towards a sustainable and resilient future as a leader in asset management.
