Basketball 4All Academy is seeking a energetic, basketball-minded individual who is eager to learn and ready to contribute during practice sessions.

This Assistant

Coach position is a 15-week commitment throughout the Spring camps and programs. Reporting to the Youth Program Coordinator, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to advance into a paid, part-time Head Coach position during the Spring season based on performance and commitment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain a positive attitude toward youth participants and their parents, communicating clearly and building strong relationships.
- Support the development of players’ basketball skills while promoting life skills and healthy lifestyles.
- Uphold health and safety standards, maintain a clean and organized facility, and ensure the safety and well-being of every player during practice sessions.
- Exhibit leadership qualities consistently throughout the program.




- Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently when required.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a genuine motivation to grow and enhance coaching knowledge.
- Arrive on time and fulfill all scheduled hours, and observe and actively participate in youth programs across various age groups on assigned days.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Education

- Secondary School (required)

Experience:
- basketball: 3 years (required)

Willingness to travel:
