Responsibilities

- Co-ordinating the receiving & loading at the food terminal dock with our driver.
- Communicating efficiently with the team, updating excel sheets, contacting suppliers, checkers, tracking paperwork, submitting, and obtaining credits.
- Managing and maintaining the system database; updating descriptions, pricing, costing, inventory levels.
- Procurement of several low volume categories and management of specially ordered product.

Qualifications:
- High cognitive skills are necessary
- Efficient and detailed communication skills
- Experience with excel and inventory databases preferred
- Great attention to detail
- Experience working independently and with large teams
- Able to work in a face pace environment
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective vendor relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
