In this energetic role, you will support the Parts Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless supply chain processes, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while streamlining internal workflows.

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily Parts Department operations, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and exceptional customer service.
- Help manage inventory levels, ordering, and stocking strategies to support Service, Sales, wholesale, and retail demand.
- Coach, develop, and support Parts Advisors and team members while fostering a productive, customer-focused culture.
- Partner with Service, Technicians, and Sales teams to ensure timely parts availability and seamless dealership operations.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers while managing pricing, ordering, returns, and warranty processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including sales, gross profit, fill rates, and inventory turnover, to drive department success.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure all internal and external customers receive professional, timely support.
- Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies while ensuring accurate records, reporting, and inventory controls.
Requirements
- Experience in a parts department, with dealership background strongly preferred.
- Solid mechanical knowledge to efficiently identify and source correct parts for repairs.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities,
ensuring professional interactions with customers, technicians, and vendors.
- Proven leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members is an asset.
- Performance-driven mindset, focused on achieving department goals and delivering exceptional service.
- Wholesale parts experience is preferrable’
