- Acts in the patient’s best interest to implement and support patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs to drive patient experience
- Inspires a positive, patient-focused culture and ongoing customer experience KPI enhancements
- Provides feedback to the team on customer/patient interactions; ensuring the team reacts quickly and effectively to resolve complaints, and collaborate on preventing repeat customer complaints
- Actively engages in all areas of Fusion to ensure the patient experiences seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience across locations.
- Focuses on achieving excellence in the areas of patient-centered care, customer service, workflow efficiencies, and skilled clinical services (disease state mgmt., medication reviews, health risk assessments, injections/vaccines etc.)
- Actively engages in all areas of Fusion to ensure the patient experiences seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience across locations.
- Ensures prescription safety prioritizing technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required
- Initiates care plans, follow up, and completes proper documentation
- Collects relevant patient, drug, and disease information
- Identification of actual and potential drug related problems through completion of medication reviews
- Monitors medication adherence
- Provides patient counselling and education for new therapy to patients/caregivers; tailoring to the needs and concerns of the patient (i.e., literacy, hearing loss, privacy, etc.)
- Responsible to thoroughly understand all relevant corporate pharmacy service offerings/ programs, and providing each customer/patient with the program that meets their health care needs
- Maintains current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends/developments; attend training as required
- Provides superior customer service to every customer
- Participates in professional programs and collaborates with colleagues to provide excellence in health & wellness services to all patients
- Manages the selection,



onboarding, training and development, and performance management
- Adheres to all regulatory requirements, Company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention, CQI); responsible to train all direct reports and ensures adherence
- Supports and fosters effective relationships with provincial Pharmacy Association and college regulatory personnel where required
- Supports and Fosters effective relationships with Pharmacy Managers, Registered Pharmacy Technicians, and Assistants in assigned territory
- Collaborates with Relief Coordinator and Pharmacy District Manager Collaborates with colleagues to share best practices to continually enhance the patient experience

Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing

- Engage with Pharmacy Managers and teams at our 8 Community Pharmacy Primary Care Clinics
- Host monthly meetings with CPPCC teams, help to coach CPPCC teams on best practices and viability
- Review financials for each clinic and advise on improvements
- Follows through on commitments and make sure others do the same
- Acts with a clear sense of ownership
- Takes personal responsibility for decision, actions, and failures
- Establishes clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results.
- Designs feedback loops into work

What You Have To Offer

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility
- Injection and First Aid certified
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Kroll software experience is preferred
