Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising daily store operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service activities
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee cash handling procedures and POS transactions
- Manage inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising displays to maximize sales potential
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, theft prevention and store standards through regular supervision and audits
- Develop staff through coaching, training & development initiatives to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Assist in budgeting,



and administrative tasks to support overall store financial health
- Implement marketing strategies at the store level to boost visibility and customer engagement

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or team management experience in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, purchasing, pricing, and sales management
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using technology such as POS systems and marketing tools
- Strong organizational skills coupled with leadership qualities that inspire team success
