- Someone who is passionate about the outdoor & retail industry
- A self-declared gear “nerd” who is passionate and loves to chat all things gear
- A team player who is excited to coach and develop an amazing team
- Someone who values customer service & exceeding customers’ expectations
What does the role look like:
- Assisting the store manager with people management (hiring, retention, team building)
- Building our community through in-store events,
community events and social media
- Connecting with customers in-store and providing exemplary customer service
- Growing the business through in-store sales targets, and our corporate business
- Assisting the store manager with managing inventory levels
- Having fun & spending your day with likeminded people who love the outdoors and are excited to talk about gear
Why It Matters
- Market-competitive salary: $50,000-$55,000 based on experience
- First look at all things gear (product launches, new and emerging brands etc)
