Andrew Peller Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie to oversee daily food production and service for a busy station at Gray Monk Estate Winery in Lake Country, BC. You will ensure high standards set by the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs, and supervise apprentices. The role requires a Chef’s certificate/apprenticeship and at least three years of à la carte experience, with solid teamwork and leadership, plus a commitment to food safety.
