Dentons’ Toronto office is seeking a junior associate with 1-3 years of experience in corporate, M&A; and commercial law, either from private practice or as in-house counsel.

Experience with financial services regulation (especially in the insurance sector) is an asset. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, committed to learning, and possess excellent communication and project management skills. The expected salary range for this position is $135,000 - $180,000, depending on year of call, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
