A leading financial institution is seeking an Associate Director to join its Counterparty Credit Risk team. This position will be responsible for assessing the counterparty exposure, analyzing trading-related credit risks, supporting complex transactions, and enhancing risk measurement and monitoring capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform counterparty credit risk assessments and exposure analysis across trading portfolios
- Conduct reviews of counterparties, transactions, and emerging risks
- Analyze trading products and strategies
- Support risk evaluations for recent business initiatives and complex transactions
- Present risk findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in counterparty credit risk, market risk, or a quantitative risk management at a financial institution
- Understanding of capital markets products, derivatives, and counterparty credit risk
- Bachelors desgree, advanced degree preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
