In the position of Senior Project Manager/Associate Director, you will be integral in managing Discovery initiatives across small molecule programs. Your focus will be on working cross-functionally, ensuring alignment among diverse teams from Chemistry to Finance.

The role involves responsibility for project timeline management, stakeholder communication, and the adoption of project management best practices to optimize drug development processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and track comprehensive management tools for projects




- Manage CROs for Discovery-stage projects effectively
- Draft and review protocols for external studies
- Facilitate meetings and track project timelines
- Support drafting of preclinical regulatory reports Requirements:
- MSc or PhD in relevant scientific fields
- Minimum 5 years in drug discovery within biotech
- Experience preferred in project management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
