Part time Spanish Teacher (Grades 8-12)

Location: Langley Learning Center

Position: Part-Time (10 hours per week)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Spanish Teacher to provide engaging Spanish language instruction to students in Grades 8–12 .

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Spanish language lessons for Grades 8–12.
- Develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Spanish.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and Christ-centred classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate student records and collaborate with colleagues to support student success.




- Participate in staff meetings and professional development as required.

Qualifications

- Valid BC Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to teach in British Columbia).
- Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written Spanish.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Experience teaching middle and Highschool students is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Must be in agreement with the CHEK ABC statement of faith (
