Key Responsibilities:



• Offer personal assistance and support for client routines • Promote and facilitate emotional and physical wellness • Work under the guidance of the Primary Direct Support Worker • Contribute to daily community engagement efforts • Maintain a protected space for clients and coworkers

Requirements: • Preferred social services degree or related experience • Valid CPR, First Aid, and NVCI certifications • G license to drive residents for activities • Experience in mental health and addictions supportive roles • Strong verbal and written communication skills
