In this position, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of benefits accounts, ensuring the delivery of tailored services that meet client needs. Your financial acumen will support the growth and retention of accounts while maintaining high satisfaction levels through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain collaborative client relationships
• Drive financial performance for assigned accounts




• Ensure timely service delivery aligned with client goals
• Analyze client utilization for growth opportunities
• Provide support and guidance to internal teams
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in account management
• Knowledge of insurance and group advantages
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• GBA designation is preferred
