Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all facets of quality control for construction projects. This includes managing technicians, conducting inspections, and ensuring all subcontractor work meets company standards. Your leadership will be critical in identifying non-conformance issues and driving corrective actions for successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of quality control plans • Manage Quality Control Technicians and inspection processes • Identify and document non-conformance and corrective actions • Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation • Facilitate communication across project teams and subcontractors
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management • At least 10 years in construction quality assurance • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations • Relevant certifications are a plus • Proficient with MS Office and project management tools
