Key Responsibilities:
• Own the merchant relationship and ensure satisfaction
• Conduct regular business reviews to confirm value delivery
• Provide explicit guidance on compliance and product updates




• Handle operational requests and complex project integrations
• Manage service requests and drive escalations to resolution
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales
• Knowledge in fintech or payment solutions is an asset
• Strong analytical skills and commercial fluency
• Proficient in CRM tools and Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
