Bair Family Law is one of Barrie’s leading Family Law practices, focusing on a carriage trade clientele and progressive, solution-focused lawyering.

Requirements for Success

- a minimum of 4 years of experience working in Family Law
- a membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- extensive experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice
- experience before the Ontario Divisional Court and Court of Appeal would be an advantage;
- training and/or experience in Mediation, Cooperative Family Law, and Judicial Dispute Resolution would be an advantage
- the ability to thrive in a high-performance organizational culture

- an orientation toward progressive dispute resolution
- a keen understanding of the business component of the practice of law

Pay: $120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
