- Associate Family Lawyer - Permanent, Full-Time

Requirements for Success:

- a minimum of 4 years of experience working in Family Law
- a membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- extensive experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice
- experience before the Ontario Divisional Court and Court of Appeal would be an advantage;




- training and/or experience in Mediation, Collaborative Family Law, and Judicial Dispute Resolution would be an advantage
- the ability to thrive in a high-performance organizational culture
- strong strategic management skills
- strong people and team management skills
- an orientation toward progressive dispute resolution
- a keen understanding of the business component of the practice of law
