Role Description

We are hiring an Associate Insurance Agent.

This is for a full time, in-office position located in Ottawa, featuring a stable base salary plus uncapped commission.

- Prospect and connect with new clients to understand Commercial insurance needs.
- Present clear insurance quotes and tailored policy options.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, to retain existing clients.
- Guide clients smoothly through policy updates and coverage changes.
- Network to generate new business leads.

Qualifications





- Strong communication and listening skills.

- Self-motivated, positive, and goal-driven attitude.
- Previous sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Valid Ontario OTL or RIBO insurance license or readiness to study and pass the exam..
- Confident salesperson who enjoys direct, in-person client interaction.
