Our LaunchPad Program is designed to take you from little to no knowledge to a licensed insurance professional, equipped with the skills and experience to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding field. We are looking for four driven individuals across Saskatoon, Regina and Moose Jaw.

As an Associate, LaunchPad, you’ll begin your journey with structured training, hands-on job shadowing, and cross-functional exposure. By the end of the program, you’ll be expected to obtain your Level 1 Insurance License and transition into a permanent role within the business - aligned with both departmental needs and your individual strengths.

What You’ll Do :

- Participate in structured group-based learning and real-world training to build a strong foundation in insurance.
- Shadow experienced professionals across departments to gain a broad understanding of administrative functions.
- Learn to manage and assist clients with SGI Auto Fund transactions, including driver’s licenses,



vehicle registration, permits, and insurance payments.
- Maintain accurate records of client and policy information using internal systems.
- Deliver prompt, personalized service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Support the Auto Insurance Team and assist with processing new business, renewals, and endorsements.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to support growth and retention goals.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Continuously build your knowledge of insurance products and client needs.

Who You Are
- Eager to learn and grow in a professional workplace
- Willing to obtain a Level 1 General Insurance License
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- A robust communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
