This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate, Oracle EPM (ePBCS) based in Canada.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing managed services team supporting clients across Oracle EPM environments.
You will play a hands-on role in resolving issues, implementing enhancements, and helping clients maximize the value of their EPM platforms.
The position offers exposure to EPBCS and, ideally, additional Oracle EPM solutions such as FCCS, ARC, or PCMCS.
You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams in a collaborative, service-focused environment.
Success in this role requires technical depth, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client needs.
You’ll also contribute to service quality, SLA performance, continuous improvement, and long-term client satisfaction.
The level of hire—Associate or Senior Associate—will depend on your experience and depth of Oracle EPM expertise.

Accountabilities:
- Support the day-to-day delivery of managed services, ensuring client issues and service requests are addressed efficiently, accurately, and within agreed timelines.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, configuration changes, enhancements, and problem resolution across Oracle EPM environments, with a primary focus on EPBCS.
- Maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs, communicating clearly, and delivering responsive, high-quality support.
- Collaborate with managed services, technical, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless integration with related systems.
- Monitor service performance and contribute to SLA management, contractual compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and contribute to service performance and client satisfaction reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with Oracle EPM product updates, emerging capabilities,
and industry practices to provide informed recommendations and support.
- Demonstrate flexibility by investigating and addressing client requests beyond your primary area of expertise when required.
- Contribute to improving managed services processes and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, service quality, and client value.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant Oracle EPM or comparable experience for Associate-level consideration, or 5+ years for Senior Associate-level consideration.
- Proven hands-on experience managing incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, with EPBCS experience required.
- Experience with additional Oracle EPM solutions such as FCCS, Account Reconciliation (ARC), or Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and functionality, supported by at least one relevant certification or equivalent Level 2 support capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the discipline to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality service.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also demonstrating autonomy, initiative, and sound judgment.
- Willingness to support a broad range of client needs, including requests outside your immediate technical specialization.
- Ability to work remotely from Canada while supporting client coverage requirements aligned with Pacific Time Zone hours.

- Competitive base salary, with the source job listing indicating a range of US$110,000–US$140,000, depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and other factors.
