In this role, you will leverage your Industrial Millwright (Mechanic) 433a certification by ensuring optimal functionality of all equipment. Proficiency in diagnosing issues and training fellow Associates will establish a culture of safety and efficiency. You’ll employ your mechanical knowledge and utilize various tools while working with a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose mechanical and electronic maintenance failures • Use assembly drawings and manuals to optimize equipment • Train new Associates in maintenance operations • Maintain compliance with GMP and Safety guidelines • Operate SCADA systems efficiently
Requirements: • Must possess Industrial Millwright (Mechanic) 433a certification • High School diploma or GED required • 3-5 years experience in a food processing workplace preferred • Strong communication and training skills • General mechanical and electrical knowledge required
