Camponi Housing Corporation seeks individuals with relevant lived experience for both part-time and full-time positions. As a Peer Support Worker, you will create a respectful and inviting atmosphere for residents, focusing on their day-to-day wellness and engagement in community activities. Your personal experiences will enhance connections and stability in their living situations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Foster supportive relationships with residents using personal experiences • Promote wellness and community engagement among tenants • Ensure a dignified living workplace for all residents • Work collaboratively within a culturally responsive team • Participate in various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Requirements: • Lived experience related to housing instability or mental health • Preferred background in social services or community-based settings • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Willingness to learn about Indigenous perspectives • Must pass a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
