PaperWorks is currently seeking a skilled Die Cutting Operator to work on a full‑time, permanent basis out of our facility at 120 Trillium Drive in Kitchener, Ontario.

We offer a competitive compensation package which includes health & dental benefits and disability benefits, as well as a group pension program. Starting hourly pay rate of $27.50, plus shift premiums and a discretionary bonus program. This job posting has one available position. Responsibilities

- Verify customer specifications for each product using computer system.
- Follow and complete all work instructions for each job.
- Check quality continually ensuring standards are met or exceeded. Perform quality checks prior to sending product downstream to the next work centre.




- Operate a battery‑operated walkie to transport product within and between departments.
- Conduct make readies within company targets.
- Troubleshoot and maintain die cutting equipment as required.
- Record production data as required (paperwork and on computer system).
- Perform general housekeeping and other related duties as required.
- Ensure safe and efficient set up and operation of the printing equipment.
- Successful candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience operating large‑format, flatbed die cutting equipment.
- Must be able to work a rotating continental shift schedule.
