You will report to the Recreation & Leisure Manager, responsible for creating and executing a variety of programs that cater to the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of elderly residents. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and oversee the delivery of recreational programs • Evaluate the effectiveness of activities for diverse resident needs • Engage with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction • Coordinate activities that comply with care home legislation • Maintain a supportive and motivating workplace

Requirements: • Completed post-secondary education in relevant field • Proven experience in therapeutic program development • Robust oral and written communication skills • Capacity to interact diplomatically with all stakeholders • Team-oriented mindset with flexible work capability
