Dog Store Clerk / Supervisor — Full-time, In‑Office | Mississauga, ON, Canada. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have professional dog grooming experience, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine love for working with dogs.

Responsibilities

- Perform dog grooming services including bathing, brushing, drying, clipping, trimming, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
- Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
- Assess grooming needs and communicate with pet owners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage daily grooming activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.




- Assist with daily operations and supervise activities as required.

Experience & Qualifications

- Professional dog grooming experience required.
- Knowledge of breed‑specific and pet‑style grooming.
- Strong animal handling and safety skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Supervisory experience is an asset.
- Dog grooming: 2 years preferred.
