Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Apply protective treatments such as sealants or coatings to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to management or customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment at all times
- Assist with inventory management of supplies and report any maintenance needs
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning or auto detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of vehicle surfaces, cleaning products, and safety procedures is a plus
- valid class 5 driver licence
