Automatic Screen Printing Press Operator

Location: Brampton, ON | In-Person

Position Type: Part-Time to start (High potential to transition to Full-Time)

Pay Range: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience & production capability)

Key Responsibilities

- Press Operation & Setup: Safely set up, tear down, and operate automatic screen printing presses to execute daily production runs.

- Quality & Precision: Maintain exact registration, color consistency, and overall print quality throughout entire production runs.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve printing issues quickly to minimize downtime and keep jobs running smoothly.

- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular press maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs to keep machinery in optimal condition.

- Shop & Workflow Support: Assist with unboxing blank apparel, cleaning tools/screens, and ensuring finished goods meet strict quality standards before packing.





- Maintain Safety & Order: Keep work stations clean, safe, and organized at all times.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily output goals and support shop-wide efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Prior experience operating automatic screen printing presses preferred (experience with M&R; equipment is a strong asset). Manual press experience will be considered.

- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for color matching, alignment, and print perfection.

- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs.

- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, hard-working, and adaptable in a high-volume environment.

- Commute: Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Brampton, ON L6S 5X6 prior to starting work (Required).
