Responsibilities

- Examine, document and accurately photograph damage to cars, SUV’s and light trucks

- Research parts and labour procedures and availability to determine best repair practice for each estimate

- Prepare automobile repair estimates using both Mitchell and AUDATEX/QAPTER Estimating Software

- Upload completed estimate(s) to the respective insurance image desks for review and authorization

- Working with our CSR, maintain the repair file with respect of supplements and other areas of customer, fleet and insurance company compliance

- Maintain current knowledge of latest repair estimate techniques and services

- Maintain key measures that monitor our service level and customer experience

Your Skills: Eligibility to legally work in Canada

- Computer literacy

- 1 year + automotive exposure in Body,



Paint and Collision Damage Estimating scenario

- Knowledge of automobile / light truck construction

- Possess a strong passion for exceptional customer service and treat each person with fairness and respect, while working in a fast-paced environment

- Robust decision-making skills that will enable you to collect data, establish facts and to then define damage parameters

- Good written communication skills
