Responsibilities

- Assist with tire replacement, rotation, and balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance
- Support the team in performing oil changes, lubrication services, and basic vehicle inspections
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform maintenance tasks under supervision
- Help with heavy lifting of tires and automotive parts to facilitate repairs and service procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency




- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining basic vehicle care practices
- Follow dealership procedures for safety, quality control, and proper documentation of services performed

Skills

- Previous dealership or mechanic experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an interest in automotive repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire changes or service tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Willingness to learn about automotive systems, sales processes, and dealership operations
