Responsibilities

- Remove and replace windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other automotive glass components with precision and care
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations and repairs
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to assess damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement procedures
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving large glass components or vehicle parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after each job
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols to guarantee quality workmanship




- Communicate clearly with team members and customers regarding service procedures and timelines

Qualifications

- Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques
- Mechanic experience is highly advantageous for understanding vehicle structures and glass installation requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy glass components safely
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Valuable communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
