We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Finance Office Assistant and Funding Coordinator to work directly with the Finance Director in a fast-paced car dealership environment. This role is critical to ensuring every deal is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with lender requirements. You will be in constant communication with sales staff, preparing and managing contracts, submitting documentation to banks,
and ensuring all financial details are accounted for down to the last dollar. This position requires someone who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and takes pride in precision.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate consistently with sales consultants to facilitate timely and accurate deal funding
Prepare, print, review, and organize all contracts and supporting documents
Ensure documents are properly signed, completed, and compliant with lender requirements
Submit completed deal packages to banks and lenders
Track funding progress and follow up as needed
Maintain organized digital and physical deal files
Ensure all financial details are accurate and fully accounted for
Assist with problem-solving when deals encounter issues or delays
Support the Finance Director with daily administrative and operational tasks
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Comfortable working 12-8 Monday to Wednesday, Saturday 9-6, Sunday 11-5
