The Group

Controller will guide financial operations across multiple facilities, supporting accurate reporting and compliance. You'll engage in budgeting, forecasting, and collaborative initiatives with sales and engineering to enhance business development. Your expertise in reporting automation will modernize our financial analytics. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Provide insights on manufacturing efficiency and performance
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes




- Develop predictive financial models for recent programs
- Design reporting dashboards using Power BI Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
- Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing setting
- Proven skills in management reporting and Excel Drive innovation and financial accuracy as the Group Financial Controller at Magna Mechatronics.
