Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and consult with clients to understand their vehicle preferences, budget, and lifestyle needs.

Guide customers through our extensive inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles.

Pioneer Chrysler Jeep

Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and options.

Assist clients with trade-in assessments and guide them through financing options alongside our Finance Department.

Pioneer Chrysler Jeep

Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent follow-up,



ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Stay up-to-date on automotive inventory, market trends, and product specs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirement: Prior experience working in the automotive industry is required (e.g., dealerships, automotive sales, service advising, or finance).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Valid VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority of BC) license (or eligible/willing to obtain prior to start).

A driven, customer-first mindset with a passion for cars and sales.
