We’re hiring Red Seal Technicians and Apprentice Technicians who are ready to go full throttle into a rewarding career built on respect, growth, and recognition.

For Red Seal Technicians:
Hourly Wage: Up to $37 per hour with a Flat Rate compensation structure, tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency.
Income Guarantee: Biweekly minimum guarantee

For Apprentice Technicians:
Our goal is simple: Turn motivated apprentices into confident Red Seal pros.
Hourly Wage: Up to $30.75 per hour
Sigma’s Road to Red Seal Program puts YOU in the driver’s seat:
- Level Bonuses- Earn Cash Bonuses for every successful level you complete. AND Score a Red Seal Certification Bonus of $1000 when you hit the finish line.
